Dance technique is the route of expression. Our body is our temple, to nurture, strengthen and empower. As a dancer, I need all elements of fitness.
I want to share with you, via my classes, all the areas of fitness vital to staying strong, healthy and flexible. E.g. dance techniques, muscle strength, flexibility, body awareness and cardio vascular endurance. With a wide range of classes and levels available for you to get into the best shape and technical ability ever!
