How many people can watch the stream, is there a chance I’ll miss out, if I don’t
buy early?
No, there is no maximum capacity as to how many people can watch the stream.
What if I am late?
Just like any live event, if you're late you could miss some of the event. Some streaming platforms may
allow you to rewind slightly to catch up, but not all.
I purchased a Virtual Event Livestream ticket but am no longer available for the
event. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately this event is non-refundable.
Can I Record The Event?
Audio or video recording on your own device is strictly prohibited. Knowledge of such actions,
including posting a video of the stream, can hurt your chances of being able to view or access virtual
events in the future.

Can I watch one region's stream from another region/timezone?
Yes, you can purchase a ticket for and watch any of the streams regardless of your timezone. Please
note you can only watch it at the time the stream takes place in the respective region. This time will
be specified on your ticket.

Can I purchase more than one ticket at a time?
Ticket purchases are limited to 1 ticket per order. Your unique access code and details on how to
connect to the stream are sent to the email address used to purchase the ticket.
Can I purchase a ticket for a friend?
Ticket purchases are limited to 1 ticket per order. In order to purchase a ticket for a friend, you
will need to enter their email address in the “Buyer Information” section at checkout. This will
ensure they receive the details of how to join the stream. Please be sure to double check the email
address is correct
When will I get my Merchandise?
All merchandise packages containing CDs will be shipped out post event by the Artist's label.
Orders containing Limited Edition prints will be dispatched mid-April 2021
