  • I want to purchase the PPV.
    • Click on the Buy PPV button in the top right of this webpage.
    • If you have an existing account:
      1. Login with your email and password. If you forgot your password, see “How do I reset my password?” below for more information.
      2. Choose the payment method.
      3. Enter your credit card information (name on the card, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV) . If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method you will proceed to your PayPal account. If you have chosen iDEAL you will have to select a Bank.
      4. Finally, click on the PAY button.
    • If you don’t have an account, create a new account:
      1. Click on the SIGN UP tab
      2. Once you have entered your full name, email address, and password, click on the REGISTER button.
      3. Choose the payment method.
      4. Enter your credit card information (name on the card, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV). If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method you will proceed to your PayPal account. If you have chosen iDEAL you will have to select a Bank.
      5. Finally, click on the PAY button.

  • I already purchased the PPV. How do I watch?

    If you purchased the GLORY77 PPV on the GLORY Kickboxing website, click on the “Already Purchased PPV?” button at the top right of this webpage.

    If you purchased the GLORY77 PPV on the Spike PPV website, please click here and log in with the credentials you set up during purchase.

  • I can't log in.

    Make sure you are using the same email and password you set up during registration and payment. This will be the email on which you have received the payment confirmation. If you forgot your password, see How do I reset my password? for more information.

    If you purchased the GLORY 77 PPV via GLORY, click on the Already Purchased PPV? / Login button at the top right of this webpage. Log in with the credentials you set up during purchase.

  • How do I reset my password?

    1. Click on the content you want to watch.

    2. On the Login screen, click Forgot password? .

    3. Enter your email and click Reset.

    Make sure you enter the correct email.

    4. A new window will pop up. Leave it open.

    5. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Trash folders.

    6. Enter the token in the first field of the window that popped up previously.

    7. Enter your new password in the second and third field.

    8. Click Set.

  • I paid but I still don't have access.

    Make sure you are logging in with the same email and password you set up during registration and payment.

    This will be the email on which you’ve received the registration and/or payment confirmation.

    If you are sure you are using the correct account, try the following:

    • Refresh your browser page.
    • Make sure you are not using a VPN.
    • lear your browser’s cache and cookies. Here is how to do it.
    • Access the website via private/incognito mode. Here is how to do it.
    • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge etc.).
    • Try using a different device.
    • Try using a different network like another WiFi connection, 4G or a Hotspot.

    iDeal payments

    If you made your purchase with iDEAL, it might take up to 10 minutes for your payment to be confirmed or you might see a “Payment Declined” message.

    Please check your email inbox or spam folder for your email and check your bank account balance to see if the transaction was processed.

    If you have received the email and can see the transaction in your bank account balance, your payment was successful. Please return to the website and login to your account to access the PPV stream.

    If you have not received the email but can see the transaction in your bank account balance, please return to the PPV website and try loging in to access the PPV stream. If you are logged in and still don't have access to the PPV stream, please contact the InPlayer support team.

    Performing the Strong Customer Authentication steps (EU only)

    For EU payments, our system supports SCA (Strong Customer Authentication).

    This means that after completing a payment on the paywall screen, you will sometimes be prompted to confirm that payment with your bank before it can be marked as successful.

    By default, you will be asked to perform the SCA right after you complete the payment on the paywall.

    However, if this wasn’t the case, just follow these steps to complete the authentication:

    1. Go to your Inbox (or Spam/Trash folders).

    2. You will find an email with the subject Payment Authentication Required. Open it.*

    3. Click the Confirm Payment button.

    4. You will be redirected to your bank’s chosen method of authentication.

    5. Follow your bank’s instructions and complete the SCA.

    Once you’re done, your payment will be confirmed in our system and you will have access to your content.

    *If you cannot find the Payment Authentication Required email, go ahead and make a new payment, completing the SCA right afterwards. This doesn’t mean you will have to pay twice, since your original payment was never actually processed due to the SCA not having been completed.

  • Why is my payment being rejected?
    • Make sure you are using a supported card: Visa, Master Card, or American Express. The following cards are not supported: Discover, Diners Club, JSB, and UnionPay.
    • Make sure you are entering the card information correctly and manually. Don’t use copy/paste.
    • Contact your bank. Make sure there are no issues with the card or bank account, that you have enough funds, that online payments are enabled, and that your bank is not blocking the payment.
    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Here is how to do it.
    • Access the website via private/incognito mode. Here is how to do it.
    • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge etc.).
    • Try using a different device.
    • Try using a different card.
    • Try using a different payment method (PayPal, Direct Debit, etc), if one has been made available on the final payment screen.

  • How can I stream the PPV?

    You can stream the PPV on this webpage from a PC, laptop, tablet, phone, or a supported Smart TV regardless of where you’ve made your purchase originally. Unfortunately, Chromecast, as well as AirPlay, are not supported at this time.

  • Can I stream the PPV on a TV or Chromecast?

    Smart TVs

    Watching on your Smart TV will largely depend on the model of your TV. Certain models will allow streaming without any issues, but others might not, which is why we normally recommend using a computer, laptop, tablet or another device to enjoy your content.

    • You can try connecting your laptop to your TV using a HDMI cable.
    • To stream on a Smart TV, you would use your TV’s browser to visit the webpage, log in, and watch the stream just like on your computer or tablet.
    • As an alternative to your TV’s default browser, you can also try the Puffin TV browser app, which might work in cases where your TV’s default browser does not. Of course, you would need to have a TV that supports the installation of new apps to install Puffin TV.

    Chromecast

    Unfortunately, Chromecast, as well as AirPlay, are not supported at this time.

    No, you cannot watch the stream on multiple devices at the same time. You can only watch the stream on one device at a time.

  • What happens to my data?

    InPlayer – the platform host – will collect your personal data for the purpose of registering for the PPV pass and processing your transaction for the PPV pass. InPlayer collects this personal data on behalf of GLORY KICKBOXING, who is the legal party offering the Livestream (PPV Event) and PPV Passes.

    In collecting your personal data, InPlayer acts as the data processor Inplayer Privacy Policy and GLORY KICKBOXING acts as the data controller. In the privacy policy of InPlayer, GLORY KICKBOXING is referred to as ‘Customer’ or ‘Merchant’. However, please take notice that GLORY KICKBOXING may also collect certain personal data from you for certain purposes as stipulated in Glory Privacy Policy. Please read the respective Privacy Policies carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
